WARRANTY INFORMATION

-ARE THERE ANY KIND OF WARRANTIES FOR TURBOS THAT ARE REBUILT/SERVICED/SOLD BY PHOENIX BOOST?
All turbochargers sold by Phoenix Boost are covered under the original purchaser for 1 year from the date of service. Turbos that have been exposed to over boosting, oil starvation, overheating , improper cooling, foreign object entry and contamination in oil filter and/or air will not be warranted. Phoenix boost reserves the right to service, replace or refund parts according to our professional judgement. We recommend using proper oil as required by car/truck/ or turbo manufacturer and performing oil changes when necessary.

-WHERE DO I SHIP TO FOR INCORRECT PARTS/DEFECTS/RETURNS/INSPECTION?
Please ship any products to Phoenix Boost, 2026 Point Breeze Ave. Philadelphia PA 19145. Include your info (name, phone, address, invoice number, and reason for return) and we will notify you once it's received.

-DO I HAVE TO CHANGE BOTH OF THE OIL LINES ON MY TURBO?
Yes, the warranty will be voided if you do not replace your oil lines. Turbocharger failure usually occurs from oil restrictions resulting with insufficient oil pressure to the bearings. Replacing a new turbocharger without resolving the original issue will most likely result in another catastrophic failure.

-HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT IF I NEED ONE? 
We will send a replacement product after we receive your shipment. If you are in a hurry to get a replacement to cut down-time, we'd recommend you pay for another replacement unit and we will fully refund the "under-warranty" upon agreement after we receive it.

*This does not apply for units rebuilt by Phoenix Boost. Units that are rebuilt by Phoenix Boost will qualify for a refund or turbocharger repair only upon agreement.

-HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A REFUND?
Refunds take an average of 7-15 days to appear on your account. We will only refund to the card that was used during purchasing.

-CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND OR CREDIT IF THE TURBOCHARGER WASN'T USED OR MOUNTED ON THE VEHICLE?
Yes, you have 15 days to return the turbocharger in it's original packaging in which we will inspect prior to refund. There will be a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund or credit.
